Great service. Food was delicious.

Great food, friendly service, not too expensive.

Chicken tenders/fries were fabulous! The Mac and cheese was horrible!! Our waitress could've been more friendly. Outsides that, the restaurant was clean, food was hot. I will return!

The service was slow even tho they didn’t seem busy for a Saturday night. My food was only luke warm. The fried chicken breast was hardly even breaded let alone crispy!!! The rolls were also barely warm - and flat and hard. Not sure happened to the business but it’s definitely not what it use to be!

Waited for awhile. Called the manager over so we could get a waitress to come to our table. Ordered house salad and soup x 2. Salad was more brown lettuce than green. 1 dinner that was ordered was the wrong order. Had to ask the waiter to bring the check. Was charge full price for the wrong meal. Waited at least 10 minutes for the waitress to bring my card back. Won't ever waste my time or money again. It's embarrassing to take people out to dinner and have service this bad.

We ordered yesterday from this restaurant .the food was horrible. The burgers was old the lettuce not fresh yucky . My kids didn’t eat anything. The steak was dry and burn .Worst restaurant in Midlothian. Never again. Not for my family.

Extremely disappointing. Been here many times and it’s always been acceptable, but our most recent delivery was absolutely awful. On hold for too long to complain with manager so here it is. The baked potatoes were beyond stale. Cut them open to reveal a disgusting smell and dark inside. The broccoli was past ripe and much too yellow. Our chicken tenders smelled of fryer grease that was well overdue for changing.This Ocharleys is not working very hard to overcome the current hardships and an awful job at convincing us to come back.

The food was great and the waitress was the bomb.

Ordered delivery through Doordash. The delivery itself was on time, so I am not faulting Doordash or their delivery person.However, we had an incorrect side and a missing side. When we called, the person on the phone was unhelpful. She insisted that the incorrect side (I ordered asparagus, paid extra for it, was given broccoli) was not incorrect and that they don't offer it. How could I have ordered it, then? Wasn't apologized to, wasn't offered ANYTHING in a partial refund or future credit.I'm following up with Doordash, but it will probably be a couple of days before I hear from them.

Only went because of free pie Wednesday. The server was terrible. She had no personality. She got our order wrong and when I questioned the food, she was very defensive. We waited a long time for refills. The final straw was that she gave us someone else's credit card to sign.

There was very little help and the food was cold. We could have walked out on our bill with the lack of people. the service was so horrible. Waiting 30 minutes just to get the check

Great food, like seriously great food - but you guys need to tell your cooks; You know how you put a sheet of foil between the burger when it's a to-go order? Don't do that with the nashville chicken sandwich please, the cole-slaw is a mess and it seems to help juices go all over the box making the bottom half of the bun more soggy than anything else.

On New Year's I went to the O'Charley's on Tennessee Plaza. Big mistake. The service was not friendly. We order a special for 9.99. The mashed potatoes were good but that was all. We were billed regular price and that was a big deal to correct.I wasted a lot of time after I finished my meal waiting to get my bill then waiting to get it corrected.

Pretty disappointed for this to be the first restaurant we go to out of quarentine to see how unprepared they were. The beer was clearly sitting there since poorly beginning of quarentine. Food was okay. Nothing to brag about. All in all this is not a good restaurant poorly ran in my opinion

Pleasant service and good value

I have been going here forever. Awesome food, awesome service, great staff, and just a great place to be. Sweet Potato fries I definitely recommend, and the burgers are delectable and I could eat them like they were potato chips, one after another. The sauces are great too, especially the honey mustard. I love getting together with the family and dining on a family favorite restaurant. It is also a good place to just go by yourself or a friend or two. O' Charleys will forever hold great memories of being with family and having a good time. And don't get me started on the Cotton Candy Shirley Temple, it is an amazing beverage. The prices are good and affordable and the serving sizes are perfect. I love this place and I can't wait to come again and again like I have been doing before I was even 10 years old.

The Waitress was very attentive to all of our needs. She did not hassle us to hurry up and eat, and waited patiently until we indicated that we were ready for the bill. She even offered to pack our food for us, and to send us home with butter and rolls. The restaurant was clean with a very pleasant smell, and the manager came over to greet us and to think us for choosing to dine in with the restaurant.

Yummy food and great service. I had the prime rib, blue cheese wedge salad, and asparagus for I am doing keto. Super yummy! You also get a free app for signing up for their eclub.

Had the grilled salmon bowl for dinner. The salmon was cooked perfectly, but I did not care for all the tomatoes in this dish (just a personal preference). Enjoyed French silk pie for dessert. The waitress was prompt, attentive and friendly.

Great food, staff, and atmosphere! We were there today celebrating a family members birthday.

Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it's just ok... Never nasty. The bread is a "never miss". I always get the salmon but I want to taste the same every time.

Our last visit to O'Charley"s in Bham Al was horrible. This pace was fantastic and our server was the best we have served by in years!

I usually don’t post negative reviews, but felt like I had to on this one. We were there with my family. My wife and I ordered chicken tenders with extra honey mustard and Cesar salads. The table who sat down after we arrived got their food first. My daughter ordered chicken tenders but out came a piece of grilled chicken. Our Cesar salads came out and It looked like they were just thrown together. No croutons, cheese, or dressing. Just lettuce. Our drinks sat unfilled forever. We never did get the extra honey mustard. Service was downright abysmal. Doubt we will be returning.

Our visit started like most, inconspicuous and normal. We were seated in a timely manner and our waitress took our drink orders right away. What I wasn't prepared for (as if a person COULD prepare for such a jarring thing), was this strange, almost ethereal painting print that was nailed to the wall in our booth. The casual diner may go their whole meal without noticing it, but I could not. This thing was STARING at me. At first I thought it was a normal, no-name generic restaurant decor piece, but it's not. This thing is pure, enigmatic chaos. The marching band hat. The celery stalk poised as though it's a flute. The flat, black lifelessness of the ambiguous figure's eyes. My meal was delicious, but this print.....This print haunts me. I will never be the same.

We love eating at O"Charleys! Great Service, Great Food and a Great Price! Our daughter loves their rolls and the fact that she gets to eat for free is definitely a plus! We would love to have one in our own hometown!

Prime rib is awesome and fun place to go wednesdays to get pie

We were looking for somewhere to eat in this area after going to the Richmond Metro Zoo, and the food was not the best. The waitress was a nice lady (and new to the job) but did not take our order immediately after we arrived, because she said that she needed to take the order of another table, first (usually we look at the menu at other restaurants and give our order when the server first comes to the table). Also, the waitress seemed to question what we were doing while we were waiting for the food, so I responded by telling her and showed her pictures of our visit at the zoo.

Waitress was really nice and let me know what options were available. Had a cheery attitude and brought everything out quick. Very nice relaxing meal. Chester location take notes

This place has turned into a disaster. It used to be fantastic service and great food. It is a shame and we go fairly often hoping it will get better. The food comes out cold the wait is too long. The bread (if it comes) does not usually have enough for everyone at the table. If you have a problem they don't care. We pride ourselves on tipping well but it is hard to do here. Does anyone have work ethics anymore?

First night out since COVID started in March. A bit disappointed that the new, papet menu showed multiple draft beer choices but only 1 brand available. Ok not their fault but mark it off the menu .. second, our waitress wasn't the most attentive.. again a bit disappointed considering you'd think they'd be glad to have customers back. Food was ok....

The service was great. The waitress was very nice, not over the top.

Food was not bad it’s usually mediocre, but service was really poor this evening, one older waitress made it clear she was not our waitress but would tell her we would like rolls and steak sauce ( after I asked her for the second time) The young lady that did take our orders was okay but also made the comment that she was not our waitress but would take our orders. Was feeling like we were in some kinda neutral zone or no waitress zone. Service is usually good hopefully this was just a off day.

Visited here for lunch on 7/11/2020. All safety measures were in place, but service was a bit slow as there was only a few severs for the entire restaurant. When only every other table is marked out, they could use some help. Food was as delicious as always though.

Server was sweet but I think she had more than she could handle. She did say they were shorthanded. I have no interest in going back though!! My bacon cheeseburger came with no bacon and one very small onion, I specifically requested the onion!!

Good service, good food and reasonably priced. Both meals we ate were great. We'll go back again for sure.

What a pleasure it was coming in last night. The host was great we were seated very quickly even though it was 8 of us. Spacious seating without overcrowded seating. The rolls were very good and hot. Our waitress was friendly and on point with everything refilling our drinks when needed and extra napkins. Our food arrived and surprisingly Liz remembered who ordered what, everything turned out amazing. The ribs and chicken tender combo was a great choice and my wife loved the garlic shrimp pasta. I can say this visit was well worth it. My family and I really enjoyed coming here.

Don't fall for the combos "Starting at $13.99". Most are several $ more. The steak, chicken tenders, and fried shrimp were good. Also the tortilla soup and side salad.
